Vacation Vault Club - Terms of Use

Welcome to Vacation Vault Club ("the Club"). By becoming a member of the Club and accessing our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership and participating in Vacation Vault Club, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not proceed with your membership or use of our services.

2. Membership

• Eligibility: Membership is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
• Subscription Fee: The Vault membership fee is $25 monthly payable upfront. This fee is non-refundable.
• Renewal: Membership automatically renews monthly unless opted out of automatic payments
• Termination: Membership may be terminated by Vacation Vault for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of services.

3. Member Benefits

Members are entitled to the following benefits:

• Access to exclusive wholesale inventory.
• No credit checks or maintenance fees.
• Rewards
• Travel insurance options 
• Access to a personal booking portal
• Access to Journey Mate

Note: Specific benefits may vary and are subject to membership plan. Terms of individual benefits are detailed in the membership materials and are subject to change.

4. Travel Insurance

• Vault Members must communicate directly with Allianz with travel insurance concerns.

5. Member Responsibilities

• Account Security: Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login information.
• Compliance: Members must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the Club’s services.
• Communication: Members agree to receive communications related to their membership, including newsletters, promotional offers, and updates.

6. Prohibited Activities

Members are prohibited from:

• Sharing Vault membership benefits with non-members. Reservations made under any name other than account holder may result in termination of membership.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation.
• Reselling or distributing exclusive travel deals or discounts.

7. Modification of Terms

Vacation Vault reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Vacation Vault is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to travel delays, cancellations, or loss of funds.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Vacation Vault is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
